Liberia: Jah Kamara named best coach in Gardnersville

Jah Kamara, the enterprising coach of third division club Kallon FC,  has been named coach of the season of the Gardnersville sub-committee league, a part of the Liberia Football Association, reports Joseph M. Vincent.

The 39 year-old coach, who guided the Chocolate City-based club to the big three-

stage of the just ended sub-committee’s league season, topped the shortlist of coaches for the award.

Kamara won the award for the first time outclassing Pius Jlateh of LISALI FC and Gabriel Dukuly of Chinney FC following a voting process of a eight-member body.

Chocolate City-based Kallon FC reached the last stage of the league under the guidance of Coach Kamara

He received the crown on Saturday August 10 at the Tusa Sports pitch in Gardnersville.

“It’s an honor to receive this award. I want to dedicate it to all of my players because they are the one who make it possible for me to achieve this award,” he told Liberian Sports International.
