A graduation party to remember

Last Saturday saw the fantastic celebration of the graduation of Emmanuel Nyanfor in Linköping, Sweden. His parents Clarence Smith and Lovety Bright hosted a huge party for him in appreciation for his success in graduating from high school.

The celebration was graced with the presence of Kingston Wleh, president of the European Federation of Liberian Associations (EFLA) and Ezekiel Woryonwon, president of the Liberian Association Raising Up in Italy.

Other well-wishers included family members, friends, and members of the  Liberian and general African communities in Sweden, guests from Italy, Holland, Belgium, the UK, among others.

The event, with Wisdom serving as MC, treated the attendees to a sumptuous dinner of African and non African foods and drinks while the able DJ Sporting provided wonderful African tunes that drew the numbers to the dance floor.

In brief remarks, Mr Wleh, also the president of the United Liberian Association of Belgium, who served as chairman of the celebrations extolled Emmanuel for his achievement, praising his parents who supported him in this noble adventure.

He called on the graduate to be committed to furthering his studies as this was just the beginning. He thanked all the guests for coming and urged them to enjoy themselves.  And enjoy they did.
