The Association of Bong Miners in the Diaspora will elect a new team of executives on Saturday, September 18 during its national convention in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the USA. the convention will be held from September 17 to 19.

In a recent public message, the US-based Liberian organization’s national president Benedict Philips said “pursuant to our constitution, a new team of executives will be elected by the people, and a peaceful transfer of power will occur. This is election year. “

He noted that an election committee was appointed by the executives at a recent retreat in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The committee is headed by Austin Fallah with Patrick E. Wortee, Mrs. Annvy Kollie Washington, Mamadee Kamara, Ms. Musu Abigail Kpakai, and I. Gyebo Vinton as members.

Mr. Phillips added “As this administration concludes its work providing stewardship to this auspicious organization, I want to begin this brief message by thanking all Bong Miners, their families and friends for their trust in us for steering the affairs of this noble body.
