APC Scandinavia concerned about insecurity in Nigeria
The All Progressives Congress (APC) chapter in Scandinavia has described last Friday’s bomb attacks in the Nigerian city of Kano as a grim reminder of the alarming level of insecurity in the West African country and another pointer that nobody is really safe anymore in Nigeria.
Friday’s triple bombings at the city’s Central Mosque resulted into the deaths of over 120 persons with several injured.
A release from APC Scandinavia, signed by its coordinator Ayoola Lawal, said “there are no words to describe all the senseless and extra-ordinary lunatic killings in the name of politicking of division, masked war against Western education by evil-minded people.”
“Nothing in this age would have prepared us for what the nation is going through now, except good and authentic leadership with the committed and thoughtful weapon of true patriotism.
“To all the bereaved, we know that no words can ease the pain and loss you are feeling right now. You are all in our prayers.”
