In early June, Powering Agriculture, along with Securing Water for Food and Feed the Future Partnering for Innovation, hosted the first-ever Agriculture Innovation Investment Summit (AIIS).

The summit, held in Washington, DC, brought together nearly 60 Innovators – including 14 representing Powering Agriculture, along with representatives from the investment community and development organizations.

The two-day program included an Innovator Marketplace, a pitch competition, and TED-style talks from Innovators, along with remarks from One Acre Fund’s Tony Kalm and the White House Office of Science and Technology’s Tom Kalil.
